I didnt pay much attention the The Sarah Connor Chronicles when it first aired on free to air TV, but since Cable TV has been started showing it Ive taken a bit more notice.
There's some debate as to watch kind of terminator Cameron is, so until more is known I've just based her endoskeleton off the traditional terminator one, all be it a slightly more feminine form, also gave her a blue eye instead of the traditional red one, although not confirmed it's somewhat hinted at that it is her actual eye colour. I think this is the longest thing I've ever worked on and was very challenging, so many lighting sources and metallic effects. I lost count but it's at least 15 hours, the metal work especially was tricky, never done so much metal work before, but I think the strain was worth it. The ridiculously enormous gun stock image comes courtesy of http://klstock.deviantart.com/ Done in Corel Painter using Acrylics and Tinting Blenders with a touch of Photoshop for the final details.
Summer really is the best thing on that show, and not for the obvious reasons (although she is easy on the eyes ), she's a really good actress, in fact I think she's wasting her time on the show, she needs to get into film.
Enjoy the Summer Glau art, despite my mixed feelings for the show.
Stan Winston (I think it was Stan) said once that blue is the new red, it comes off as more advanced and high tech which is why the Terminatrix's look in T-3 was blue instead of red.
you're very talented
