Whipped this up in about 5-6 hours for a forum contest using an image reference, sorta kept it a bit loose and a little more comic book looking, not quite as detailed as my WW photo manips, but I kind like it a bit simpler for this style. Done in Painter with Acrylics.

Does she have brown eyes in this?!?!? (idk if that was intentionally or if that's just the coloring but it looks like she does...
aaah I love that as a brown-eyed girl living in a blue-eyed comic-book world XD)

HelicaseHelio and I were always sitting on the stairs, chatting about the lamina and occasionally making snide remarks about ribosomes. There wasn't much for us to do. Our job was to simply be, and let the RNA scribble down the letters on our foreheads when they came around every once in a while. Helio was a G, I was a C. It wasn't exactly fulfilling, I suppose. There wasn't much to be filled. So to pass the time, we talked.
"You ever wonder?" Helio asked.
