This is actually linked to The Street Chase concept I did a week or so ago. I quite liked the loose brush strokes in this so I left off any major detailing, I cheated with the background, I had to be somewhere else today so I quickly threw something together in Photoshop, a little generic perhaps. Done mostly in Painter in a bout 3 1/2 hours.
