Disney Fighter - Rapunzel by joshwmc Disney Fighter - Rapunzel by joshwmc
10th and final fighter. Rapunzel's new back story is that she's an imprisoned sorceress who manages to escape her solitary confinement. I'm much happier with this one compared to the last one, in fact I think I might go back and fix Mulan coz I wasn't in the right mood when designing that one. I desperately wanted to find a way to add her frying pan but numerous attempts failed to find a solution. After several revisions this was about 8-9 hours work in Painter.

idea idea: Rapunzel is a inprisoned sorceress that was robbed of her conduit of magic and was forced to rely in mortal ("human/normal") combat, showing her resourcefulness, she used a frying pan to battled her way out until she found he conduit..... LOL, I think it's more humorous than badss.. meeh..
anyways Rapunzek is the one whose clothes are the closest to the "original" but I LOVED he expression of "take one more step and you're fried" and he staff! I want IIIT!!

I was just having a quick look over this.... Then I noticed that tiny chameleon resting on her staff. Bravo, for adding in all the little details. It defiantly shows a bit of a rougher side to her, and I also LOVE the little tiny bits of extra detail, like the embroidery on her skirt/cloth thingy and the small lace around the corset of her dress. Very beautiful indeed.

Ooh the detail on her outfit is amazing. I love the embroidery on her skirt thing in particular.

I thought that Pixar was still, technically, Disney, Disney being its owner. Anyway, Merida's already warrior-like so no need for that. Justt so you know, GREAT JOB!
