Hello all! I hope you are all well. A while back I started doing video reviews of great apps to help you with your art. I'm going to start posting those videos here on DA. For this video review we'll take a look at a fantastic app that simulates oils, watercolours and pencils called REALISTIC PAINT STUDIO! If you're like me and have come from a traditional art background you've probably experienced the same issue that I have in trying to replicate the look and feel of oil paintings and watercolours in digital apps. The results often come close, but still look a tad artificial. This fantastic app bridges the gap between the practical and digital worlds, is super cheap to purchase and a joy to paint with! Check it out now at the link below! https://realisticpaint.com/index.html Looking for something to paint along with? Then consider my Colour Theory Course and get painting today! JW Learning Colour Theory Also, check out my classes on Skillshare to stream, or for outright

Hello all! It's been a while since I last posted. Over last few months I've been reviewing application to help artists better improve their figure drawing and anatomy. The first is an anatomy app called 3D Anatomy For the Artists. This app features a very highly detailed model of the skeleton and muscles structures of the figure. The next is two are Figure Posing Apps that will help you create the exact figure pose reference you need for your illustrations and painting. The first is called Easy Pose, and the second is called Art Pose Pro, each have their own pros and cons, and these reviews take a look at what they both have to offer!

Hello all! I hope you are well. I've got a brand new art class on offer all about How to Draw Eyes! As we all know, Eyes are notoriously tricky to get right with a lot of subtle shapes and forms that are very easy to overlook, so in this Intermediate Art Lesson we take a deep dive into the construction of the eyes. We'll first start with developing an understanding of the general shapes and forms at an anatomical level, we'll figure out exactly where to position the eyeball, and then we'll follow it up with another demonstration where we'll take a look at the more sophisticated shapes and forms that appear on the surface. We'll finish everything off by doing some work on the iris. If eyes have always been a challenge for you, or you're looking to level up your skills, then this is the class for you. Let's Begin! Available via Skillshare and Gumroad Lesson Breakdown: Basic Skeleton Foundations • Eyeball Positioning • Brow Ridge and Cheek Shapes and Forms • Eyelid

I'm sad you have long left DA :(
I still publish work on my website www.fanartexhibit.com.  I'm not gone, it's just I've had too many issues with fan art getting taken down to publish here anymore.
I hope all is well.
Just wanted to say Thank You for visiting my work and deciding to follow it.
I greatly appreciate your support.

I invite you to see the work evolve before it gets posted... Follow me on facebook www.facebook.com/EvanDeciren
